Management Lessons from ‘3 Idiots’ Movie
1. Never Try To Be Successful
Success is the bye-product. Excellence always creates success. So, never run after the success, let it happen automatically in the life.
2. Freedom To Life
Don’t die before actual death. Live every moment to the fullest as you are going to
die today night. Life is gifted to humankind to live, live & live @ happiness.
3. Passion Leads To Excellence
When your hobby becomes your profession and passion becomes your profession. You will be able to lead up to excellence in the life. Satisfaction, pleasure, joy and love will be the outcome of following passion. Following your passion for years, you will surely become something one day.
4. Learning Is Very SimpleTeachers do fail. Learners never fail. Learning is never complicated or difficult. Learning is always possible whatever rule you apply.
5. Pressure At Head
Current education system is developing pressures on students’ head. University intelligence is useful and making some impact in the life but it cannot be at the cost of the life.

Life is need base never want base. Desires have no ends. Simplicity is way of life and Indian culture highly stresses on simple living and high thinking, and this is the way of life: ‘Legs down to earth and eyes looking beyond the sky’
9. Industrial Leadership
Dean of the institute in 3 idiots is showing very typical leadership. He has his own principles, values and ideology, and he leads the whole institute accordingly. This is an example of current institutional leadership. In the present scenario, most of the institutes are fixed in a block or Squarish thinking.
10. Love Is Time & Space Free
Love is not time bound and space bound. It is very well demonstrated in this movie same love was demonstrated by Krishna and Meera. Love is border free, time free and space free.
11. Importance Of One Word In Communication
If communication dies, everything dies. Each word has impact and value in communication. One word if used wrongly or emphasized wrongly or paused at a wrong place in communication what effect it creates and how is it affected is demonstrated very well in this movie.
12. Mediocrity Is Penalized
Middle class family or average talent or average institute is going to suffer and has to pay maximum price in the life if they do not upgrade their living standards. To be born poor or as an average person is not a crime but to die as an average person with middle class talent is miserable and if you are unable to optimize your potentiality and die with unused potentiality then that is your shameful truth. One should not die as a mediocre. He/she has to bring out genius inside him/her and has to use his/her potentiality to the optimum level.

Industry & Economy / Economy : India hosts world pharma congress for the first time
3,000 delegates from over 120 countries participating in the eventHYDERABAD, SEPT. 4:
The five-day World Congress of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences-2011 and the 71st International Congress of International Pharmaceutical Federation began in Hyderabad today.
The theme of the congress is Compromising Safety and Quality, A Risky Path.
This is the first time in the Congress' 100-year history that India is hosting it. It is being held at Hyderabad International Convention Centre. About 3,000 delegates from over 120 countries are participating.
The event will have deliberations on issues relating to drugs. There will be talks on key issues relating to quality of drugs and medicines and their repercussions on public health.
The congress will have multiple panel discussions centred around the role of pharmacists in tackling the menace of counterfeit drugs, benchmarks to be set during production of medicines and regulatory reinforcements for building-in safety and quality.
The event is being hosted by the Indian Pharmaceutical Association. The President, Ms Pratibha Patil, inaugurated the programme.
At the congress, the World Health Organisation through its representative would present the initiatives taken by the global body to prevent irrational use of medicines and improve accessibility of essential drugs to the poorest of poor across the globe.

My industry internship@Creamline dairy products limited

Katiki water falls-Vizag
Waterfalls:KATIKI
It is located in Vizag district of Andhra Pradesh, about 7kms from BORRA CAVES.
Im amazed to see the water falls and the beauty of the place.Falls are about 1300m high and
the water was chilling all the time.
The way was little risky to reach the top...it ws slippery and way of about 1mt width where only
person can fit.
I along with my graduation friends were holding hands in a line to climb up.
we enjoyed a lot, but it was too late and the local private cabs didn't come and it was
getting dark and then we realized that we are in FOREST and everybody in the group were scared
about the wild animals and the radicals/naxals.
Finally only one cab came after 1 hour of waiting.The cab owner said "the other cab got a repair".
and we were 17members in one cab adjusted and he dropped some of us at one place saying that
the other cab is its way.It was really getting dark and after few minutes when the cab left with 9 of our group
A man came and was asking us money to reach ARAKU and he said us that he was a painter by profession and coming from so and so place and one of the local auto-rikshaw driver took me to a place and he showed him the place and offered him DRINK,he didnt remember what happened after that and when he woke up early in the morning at 4 am and realized that he was totally looted and nothing is left with him even his sweater and chappal.He came walking from morning to reach the place where we were standing.He said that the people who took him there mixed something in the drink and he was fortunate that any wild animal did nt attak him in that deep forest.
Our group really got scared hearing to the story and we were praying to god that other cab to reach soon, the cab didn't reach.we have no option than to wait and there is no mobile network to call our friends who left in the first cab.We saw each others faces and came together to sit together at the place....doubts came into our minds regarding the first cab , whether he took our place to the right place or not and will the second cab return to us.For a moment we lost hopes and we decided to take a lift from the vehicles coming passing through,but if some of us get the lift ,remaining will be alone and what about the first cab.we were in real confusion and waited there for more than 2 hours and finally the same first cab came dropping our friends and said that it was late due the railway gate.
That is the one of the wonderful experience in the VIZAG tour with my graduation friends.
